For video counselling, I use my own server. Here it is possible to talk to me live via video without installing anything on your computer. You need a video camera and a microphone. 

The video consultation runs on German servers and is end-to-end encrypted as well as GDPR-compliant. After confirming your appointment, you will automatically receive a dial-in link for the video counselling from me via email.
