About me

Securing innovations financially, legally and physically:
Patent attorney and company coach

Arkadius Dalek, born in 1982, initially studied mechanical engineering in Heidenheim and Erlangen. In 2007 he changed to the patent industry and advised mainly small and medium-sized companies on innovations. After his training, he has been working as a German and European patent attorney for several companies since 2014. In 2020, he started his own patent law firm in Heidenheim, Germany, as a freelancer.

His main focus is on the protection of innovations through state monopolies, such as patents, utility models, designs and trademarks, as well as on related topics such as corporate finance, data protection and data security. He is regarded throughout Germany as a "rare breed" among patent attorneys who provide comprehensive advice to companies on the creation, financing and protection of innovations.

His preferred clients include start-ups, start-ups and small and medium-sized enterprises which have so far relied little on the systematic protection of innovations. Based on his previous experience, Arkadius Dalek specialises in the following industries: Mechanical and plant engineering, drive and vehicle technology, mechanics, hydraulics and structural mechanics, polymer and materials technology, photonics, renewable energies and industry 4.0.

Arkadius Dalek offers entrepreneurs a multi-year on-site company coaching service: He accompanies a current project, such as a product launch. Together with the entrepreneur, the internal processes are examined and sustainable measures established: Is the product patentable? Which patents of the competition stand in the way of this? How do we protect ourselves against plagiarism? How can patents be financed and included in the balance sheet? How good are the existing precautions against innovation theft and data theft?
