Professional regulations
I am a member of the Patentanwaltskammer (Chamber of German Patent Attorneys) and admitted to practice as a patent attorney in the Federal Republic of Germany. In addition, I am registered as a European Patent Attorney in the list of professional representatives before the European Patent Office (EPO) and I act as a European Trade Mark Attorney before the Office of the European Union for Intellectual Property (EUIPO).
I am subject to professional rules and regulations which are available on the website of the German Chamber of Patent Attorneys (www.patentanwalt.de).

Professional liability insurance is taken out with R+V Allgemeine Versicherung AG, Raiffeisenplatz 1, 65189 Wiesbaden, Germany. The geographical scope of the insurance cover includes activities in the member states of the European Union and thus meets at least the requirements of § 45 (1) Patent Attorney Regulations (Patentanwaltsordnung) as well as § 51 Federal Lawyers' Act (Bundesrechtsanwaltsordnung).
